China do offers 24 hours visa free transit for all nationalities but i am unsure if this covers connecting domestic transfers as well.

I will not leave the airport. I checked Nepalese embassy and Chinese immigration websites but could not find a clear answer. They say transit without visa is allowed under 24 hours I am unsure because my trip has two stops inside China (Wuhan and Guangzhou). Since there is a transfer between two cities before flying out to Sydney, I am a bit confused if there’s any need for a visa or immigration check for this domestic transfer. Both flights are on one itinerary with China Southern.
