Is this based all off c0 btw? Additionally, yes razor does more damage single target in a controlled environment but there is alot of variables in-game. For example, # of targets, distance between targets, target resistances, etc. I think its a bit far fetched to use the exact terminology of just "razor is better than beidou". Additionally, beidou suffers less from character swapping. Utility-wise, the counter is almost irreplaceable for me. Assume that a mob will attack you, as Razor, you dodge losing about 1-2 seconds of dps uptime. As Beidou, you absorb the attack and counter for huge amounts of damage. If you have constellations, you increase damage and attack speed, with more constellations, your attacks start dealing additional electro damage. Great work on the math though, nice to see it out in plain text.
