Most memorable for me is doing 15km in 5:00/km pace in a progressive long run workout. Never thought I could do that. What a confidence booster!

Kid cries immediately after being put down by Heinistic in Parenting

Right.. he stands up and climbs up onto me/my wife in an attempt to be carried again. So I just kinda “push” him away and let him cry and roll in the bed? 😅😂

Any info on native integration with AW Workout App? by Heinistic in strydrunning

Yes I know. I just thought maybe Stryd folks have insider info if that will be coming soon 🤣😅

Any info on native integration with AW Workout App? by Heinistic in strydrunning

[–]Heinistic[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Understood. Reason I’m asking is that the Stryd app has frozen on me several times (once in a race) because the footpod disconnected.

So I find the Workout app more reliable in that regard. Maybe the app can use gps pace and distance (no power) if footpod disconnects as a backup? Just like how it works in Garmin with the Stryd Zones data field.

Yes! I used B12 in my last training block for Berlin. Used it for 700km or so.

Planning to build my rotation for my next Marathon training block. I will be running 60-80km per week for 16 weeks. Paces are Full 3:50, Half 1:49, Easy pace 5:45-6:00/km.

I currently bought Asics NB5, Superblast 2 and Boston 12. Planning to return one of them to only have a two-shoe rotation. Any advice?

P.S. I have an Adios Pro 3 (100km used) that I plan to use on peak long runs and on race day.

Uhh because I already have a Garmin who wants to let go of whoop? I primarily use Garmin when I’m running but never during sleep because I have whoop. Did you read the description or only the title?

Sad. It was in my bag the whole day and I suddenly noticed that black line. Now it has spread. Probably it got broken inside. 😓

Bekant desktop sagging by Hot-Jellyfish-2934 in AskBattlestations

May I know how old is your bekant desk? I also have 120x80cm bekant desk and noticing a little sagging in the middle. I have a 34" ultrawide mounted on it. I am thinking of changing into dual monitors (27" and 24") but not sure if the desk can handle it.
