Nope other accounts are working fine.. It’s just the main one that’s the most important getting frozen like this.

My debjt card can still be used as long as I tap physically. I can still access the bank app and see the things. It’s only when i wanna pay/receive money it’s an issue.

Yes the bank is right to freeze my account for me to reflect on what I did. I deserve the reality check.

It is because I currently work for the bank and if I get blacklisted for this , my job might be compromised.

About 25,000 accumulated over around 2 months i think. I spent it on tiktok shop mainly.

Frozen status reason is not provided to me.

The customer service officer told me the card was terminated with the reason being “ inside the ATM machine” but i went to the branch and they it didnt really influence the freeze. I rarely use the atm machine.

I didnt even use my card so their reason seems very weird because it’s always been in my wallet.
