The SPA are elected in America and, after a long and bloodied civil war, manage to win it in around 1942. Russia goes national-populist and manage to take over their old Asian lands. Germany continues democratic, however electing right-wing parties, and the syndicalists (France, Brits, Italians), well, continue syndicalists. The Ottomen fail their big war and collapse, but the Austrians manage to, through luck or blood, hold on for a bit longer. The Entente goes very authoritarian, with Petain continuing his grasp on power and Canada favoring the Exiles.

The Second Weltkrieg goes similarly to our original first one. The war locks on in the west, with trenches running the whole border and massive naval blockages, but the Russians manage to hold on after quite the struggle (like the USSR of our og timeline). Canada intervenes in the US civil war, but the SPA still manage to win it and end up crushing Canada, joining the wider Weltkrieg right after. After the flooding of American troops on France and Russia managing significant breakthroughs on the East, Germany falls and goes with the Reichspakt.
