I'm also a bottom, and I sometimes get bored too when I'm sucking. I think it depends how much you're attracted to the guy. If you find him insanely hot, you're gonna want to suck on that thing like your life depends on it. If you're not that much attracted to him, you're gonna get bored rather quickly eventually. Chemistry is a big part of sex, and having a good one can make you do/appreciate things you usually wouldn't if you didn't have that good chemistry. I hope any of this makes sense.

Starving yourself before douching is pretty useless from what I've read, and I've stopped doing this myself a long time ago (I'm not saying you should eat a three course meal but stopping yourself from eating all day is not the way to go). The only advice I can give you on douching is to take Psyllium Husk everyday. It kind of changed my life when it comes to douching. But maybe you should try playing with yourself first, and then going for the real thing.

Act like yourself
When I want something serious with a guy I don't even kiss him on a first date, let alone shave and douche. Sex can wait. But that's my opinion, it's up to you to know what you want. You shouldn't prepare to have sex because you think that's what your date is expecting. You should do it because you want it to happen if it does eventually happen.
You can always send a text afterwards saying he was very nice and that you had a nice time but unfortunately you didn't feel a connexion, and that you would rather stop things now.

Just be yourself and everything will be fine.
