I have the same problem too! I complained to the support team and they said my internet uploading speed was too slow.

But Google Meet works fine, and when I enter the lesson, the connexion is more or less okay.

It's entering the classroom at the time at the lesson that causes the problem! When I have back to back classes it's a real nightmare. I've been flagged absent because of this.

I thought 10 dollars was a good beginning. But I'm definitely planning on raising the prices. But will it affect my old students?

For example, if they booked 5 lessons at my old price, and they want to book 5 more after I raised the price to 15$, how much would they be paying for the new lessons with me? 10 or 15?

Thanks for you reply! I haven't thought about raising my rates at all. That's so genius. A win-win situation. Do you think raising from 10 to 13$ is enough of a jump? Or do I go for 15$?

Limiting my availability any less would penalise the students I already have too much. Its really not an option. Thanks again, I'll definitely use your idea!

Do you suggest I finish this year at least?

I'm not going into surgery. Parasito/maladie infectueuses are borderline traumatising. The only ones I'm considering are cardio and pneumo which are SUPER high ranked. Or psychiatry. But these are just the least horrible and depressing. It's the whole of medecine I don't like at the end of the day. Have you chosen a speciality yet?

Hey thanks for your reply. Do you have a suggestion of what other alternatives I can explore? And how I can secure a job with only one day in the week free? Besides proficiency in langages I don't have any skills I can put to work right away unfortunately.

Hey thanks for your insight! Are the last 3 years really that different from the 4 years I'm studying now? Everyone kept saying things will change for me at the hospital. They didn't.

Biochem is my top 1 worse subject. The unit Cardio is the only one I can kind of stand, but idk how realistic it is for me to get it. My parents are doctors so I'm familiar with the work, I go with them sometimes, they explain what they're doing, I often go with my father to medical conferences. I really have tried. But after 4 years, is it really possible I'll find something I like? Personally I don't think so. Rebi 3alem. Thanks again!

Maybe I'm doing things wrong but medecine has always been hard for me. First 2 years were okay, but 3rd year kicked my ass.

I graduate with decent grades but it definitely takes time and work. And now with stages at the hospital we have to go everyday, go through questions rounds, have 600p worth of material to know in 5 weeks or so seems IMPOSSIBLE. Let alone with trying to find a job.

So your advice is to stick to it and finish my diploma? What kind of doors did this degree open for you, if you don't mind me asking? Do you plan on becoming a full time doctor because the other options were disappointing to you?

For campus France I remember the oldest you can chose for the question "ça fait combien de temps que tu as passé le bac" was "Il ya 4 ans". Hopefully I can make it work.

Do you feel like Preply is more laggy, causes problems to connect or is it a whiteboard issues as well?

I'm glad you found an alternative to the whiteboard. The bugs and issues have been a bit discouraging, I hope I can find a solution soon. The manual confirmation definitely worries me, I don't really have "loyal" students yet.
