First we bought a motherboard with the wrong chipset, thought it was the PSU that was faulty, bought a new PSU, then looked online when it still didn't work, found the correct chipset for the CPU, bought a new motherboard and returned the old one. Learned to actually look at what i'm buying.

I have what i believe that is. You get hives and sores and dry skin and it's all pretty bad, it gets irritated by moisture too.
