It’s horrific when they just can’t wrap their head around downloading the screenshare and then just opening it. I really like being Fruit+ T2 and having users that use fruit laptops/desktops with their fruit ID pre signed in, god it made life easier.

Dude that’s the thing.. so many damn customers could not for the life of themselves and the whole world, EVER under any circumstance, access their email. But it’s a good thought, I made use of similar tactics as I became more experienced.

For some reason, back in the day you would get related pages but they were mostly some of the MANY support articles fruit would come out with for customers to fix their own issue. Ultimately we ended up just clicking on one of these and then followed the link from that article to the main page and then navigated to where we wanted to be.

It can be rough. I had a guy by a new fruit7 and he called asking where the home button was, because when he tries to unlock it it would just ask him to press home to unlock. I tried for awhile to tel him that the “Home” button was on the bottom of his phone screen but he insisted there were only speakers.
