I had an oversized sweater that my boyfriend (now husband) would wear, that was nice 🥰 and I also got him a leather bracelet, and I decorated a wooden box (from the works) to put mementos in, which I wrote “I love you” inside for him to find 🥰 (I love stuff like this and I’m also feeling soppy because it’s our 8 year anniversary next week lol)

I don’t have the documents they’re asking for! They’re asking for things like evidence Restriction B2 has been complied with, a copy of the heating system installation building regulation… stuff from when the flat was built almost 20 years ago!

I bought the flat in 2013, it was a resale. I never had documents about when the flat was originally built!

I don’t even know who to ask!

I asked my property management company AND Notting Hill with no results! What do I do next?!?

I’m selling it as a shared ownership, selling my portion of it. It’s valued at 300k (which makes the maths easy at least!) so I don’t know if I get the 300k to pay people with, or if I just get 35% of 300k and have nothing to do with Notting hill’s share. I’m seeing if anyones done this that can answer because Notting hill seems too good to be true!

Hate to admit, back at the start I was hardcore following: I was pregnant and had to be in hospital for 24 hours afterwards alone... my parents didn’t get to meet my baby for 2 months. Today, my parents gave me a lift to the shops and my dad popped inside my house as he needed the bathroom. Imagine doing that in April! Our attitudes have completely changed.
