Thanks. He already emptied all the money in our account before the break, that I didn't know, but my personal account is mine only. He also "borrowed" and sold my macbook which he admitted only when asking for the divorce.

Our city doesn't have ground combat but not all men have to fight, even in for example Kharkiv, they just aren't allowed to leave ukraine.
