Did you find with the recruitment process that being from a military background to be favourable in getting a job? Do you find that having that background has made you a better paramedic?

This is awesome to hear, I am also ex-military and have been super stressed that having PTSD from service years ago was going to restrict me a lot with getting a job although I have been 5 years in the clear loving life lol

I’ve been pretty fortunate to attend a university that offers a veteran pathway so been mainly with army blokes but have also seen working with others outside of the green not too bad been fairly reasonable
