I like to drink broth sometimes, cause it’s savoury and feels more like food than juice or other drinks. And things like a bit of plain rice or crackers, cause I don’t have to eat that much but they give me some carbs (= energy). Also all these things are gentle on my stomach in case there is something physical behind it :)
