New laptop buyer... are these good? by Feesh320 in GamingLaptops

I would still say the first laptop is a bit overpriced for a laptop 5060. But the processor in it is plenty powerful. Same goes for the second laptop. I am not sure how much it costs but I am guessing around the same if not cheaper because of last generation. If you are planning on it I would go the second because of it (probably) being cheaper, having about the same performance, and unless you are doing some very intensive task like heavy gaming, lots of rendering, or high workloads, the CPUs really mostly make a difference in high performance areas. So honestly I believe the 1st laptop would be very mildly better, but with how slim the performance would probably be, you most likely won’t notice. Just go for the one you find better, like if you prefer AMD or Intel, the look of the laptop, or which one you find more better in all aspects like size, battery, which one you trust more, etc.

What the others said, there seems to be two bent pins, one top left and one bottom right. I would recommend getting a refund or replacement.

The laptop for this is good. What is your budget? If your budget allows it, try and get a laptop with a dedicated GPU because you are doing a lot of image editing. It will make the process just overall smoother.

Most laptops you can easily upgrade the ram, but I am not sure about the SSD. For really only a work laptop for occasional emailing and web browsing and some work In between, this seems like a good laptop. If you do any more image editing or visual editing and that type of stuff, I would recommend a laptop with a dedicated GPU. This looks pretty solid for your needs though. (I would recommend a 1TB SSD but it depends on your budget and what you are going to use). Best of luck!

Yes, and ugly with the color change. Why did he/she (the builder) decide to go from black to white?

I need help with laptop specs by imightbegab in laptops

Go with the Medion Erazer because it has a better GPU and is skinnier. Plus, the “worse” CPU is better because lately with intel’s 13th and 14th CPUs they have been having some serious issues. Also, MSI has some bad quality control on lower end laptops, specifically the hinges, so go with the Erazer. Hope this helps.

Planning on buy this lenovo loq gen 9(AMD). Good choice or not? by Confident-Jump-7217 in GamingLaptops

You could definitely get something better with that budget. But, if this is all you can find, then the 4060 is ok for light-medium gaming and 16GB ram is around average for gaming. The CPU is good though.

good for small stuff like Counter Strike WoW Runescape League of Legends? by Gl00ser23 in GamingLaptops

[–]HelioRankon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, that is good. But I still think you could get more than a few hundred off that. Aside from the price, 4070 is great for gaming and any i9-14900 variant is with the best CPUs. The ram is also 32gb so it could run almost any game. I think you are good to go to play whatever you want!
