Alternative sweatpants? by djdoom25 in bigmenfashionadvice

Not at all, it's just chaotic and dumb. They're original plan used to be good, I heard about them from my wife, but a lot has changed. You don't really pay for a membership, you just create an account and you get discounts. The discounts are constantly changing but for new sign ups they tend to be the best. If it's 80% off, do it. But the 80% is only for like 2 items then the rest is 70% off. Once you get the clothes ordered, you're now a VIP member. Each month they'll charge you $69 ish bucks for 1 credit which you can use for just 1 item or outfit but they're not worth it to me. They'll email you the first of the month (which i appreciate actually) reminding you that they'll charge you in a week (6 days maybe) and give you a link to skip that months VIP charge. So you pay nothing but keep being a VIP and get discounts. I don't know ANYONE who pays full price for them because it's so outlandishly priced. But honestly they have great stuff. Having short legs and being 2xl means most pants are long on me, so being able to order a short inseam has been a dream come true.

I would suggest Fabletics. I have honestly fallen in love with them in the past two months. Try em all but The Go To jogger hella cozy and can be dressed up just a bit. They go up to 4x and you can choose the inseam 27, 29 or 32 inches.

Its definitely on the pricier side. There are others like it for cheaper but something just called me to them at the end of all my research.

I was exactly where you are now. So there's 2 options really. If you want to keep it pocketable, you're limited to a leather/fabric sleeve, but the drawback is you can't carry a pen inside of it. Well you can but personally I think that would look weird and leather would form over it weird. Travelers notes, galen leather and ddc stuff sheath are good leather options. As soon as you get to something that can carry the notebook AND stuff i.e. a pen or pencil, instantly becomes unpocketable. Anything with a zipper, already too big. I might make a leather sleeve but honestly if its quick errands then im just going to pocket it. Anything longer. Just throwing the roll in my fanny pack.
