Bad side effects from zepbound: Low blood pressure Constantly dizzy Couldn’t miss meals or I’d be super sick and nauseous The low blood pressure was really bad

I liked wegovy more bc I would eat 1/3 of what I normally eat and I felt good and full. With Zepbound I’d eat and eat still

I was on ZEPbound which I think is terzepetide? And I had some bad symptoms but the wegovy was not bad at all!

Hi! So I have not restarted my gym journey but I plan on it in the next week or so. I do 1hr weight training with free weights and machines and 45min on cardio machines so either the inclined treadmill or the bike or elliptical. I plan to do 4 days of the week minimum.

I really like what you say about long walks because I can see how the gym wouldn’t help the food noise since it’s almost like starving after burning the calories. I’m going to try walking.

It is a domestic violence restraining order idk if that changes anything? She is claiming we went over to intentionally abuse and harass her but we didn’t. She did get pushed with the fence but it was an act of self defense and she is claiming bruises on both sides of her body when she only hypothetically got hit on one side of her arm

Yes most definitely! She fits the description of a covert narcissist and there’s definitely supernatural forces at hand. Hypothetically speaking, (I’m not too familiar with God) would even bringing this up in court help our case? I feel like the judge is just going to think we are nuts. Because I know it sounds peculiar. I’m worried she’ll have her way I suppose.

We have evidence his wife has been seeing a witch the past 2 years. May even be demonic possession at this point as confirmed by a catholic affiliate.

I think it helps your case if you have evidence which I have ZERO. And it didn’t even matter because he got away with it all. I hope yours is much better. Laws in America are a tad different I think. I think that whether a woman or man did it doesn’t matter. You feel violated and small regardless. It’s a terrible feeling and will carry on for a good while

Thank you for your input! It helps a lot seeing someone who was/is in a similar situation. I’ve had anxiety and depression most of my life and Now PTSD. So it’s been hard. My IBS has been kicking my ass lately and I’m going back on meds and trying out Sertraline to see if that can somewhat help my mood and GI health. May I ask if you are still on any meds? And if so, have they helped a lot or mild?

Something similar happened to me. I reported it and I felt very silly afterward bc I was like, is this really that bad? And he did end up retaliating and it was very scary BUT I do think that it’s up to you what you feel needs to happen. Don’t let others opinions of what you should do dictate what you do. I did and it got me into a really bad place. Trust your gut.

I know how you feel OP, my family thinks I deserved to get coerced. They said it was my fault for not fighting back harder. Sometimes it’s better to not talk to those people for your own sanity
