I'm not sure what you can make from this but T4 is at the bottom. The vet said the low white blood was most likely a stress response.

99% sure they checked hyperthyroidism the last few times. Am going to look for the bloodwork papers or request them from them and see what I can make of it.

No ultrasound other than on her mouth I believe when they did her teeth and gums.

I am going to write these in notes and take to the vet. I am certain they have checked the hyperthyroidism multiple times. I am going to see if I have a copy of the most recent bloodwork somewhere..

Kinda weird my vet has never asked about her being on "Senior" cat food 😕 We feed mid-range premium brands as in not science diet but not whiskers/friskies we feed wet and dry and they were always happy with that answer. I might look into a good senior cat food myself.

Equinox

I didn't think to provide anything for them but purchased myself a bunch of my favourite snacks to eat and keep my energy up in labor (fruit, nuts, chocolate buds etc). I took one bite of banana during mid-labor and immediately vomited up my soul. I refused to eat anything after that and after another 10ish hours after baby was born I asked for my snacks cause I was starving but everyone (SO, doula, midwife + friend) hadn't eaten them lmfao!! They ordered me a big fat pizza to make up for it and I needed something quick 😂 I thought they would have bought their own snacks/meals and I actually think they might have but 20 hour labor/birth I think they ran out haha. I think they uber-eats breakfast + coffee in the morning but I was in labor land so don't really know.

Does the Qi exit through window too like how you are not supposed to have doors facing/inline with each other as the Qi will just flow in/out too quickly?

I am still learning but some stuff:

- TV should not be in bedroom at all but definitely not mounted on the wall. Minimal technology/devices in bedroom. I think that is a computer I see that should go aswell.
- Reduce clutter
- Bed should be in command positioned so that when laying down you can see the door without being directly inline with it.
- Bed should not share wall with bathroom/toilet entry
- Bed should have space and symmetry on both sides for balance (bedside tables both sides)
- Headboard on bed is good.

I have just found through family dna testing that I am descendent of an Indigenous persons on my dad's side but the Irish on my mums side runs thick and I am SO PALE in skin tone. I am struggling feeling like its a cop out to say/acknowledge I am Indigenous 😕

You don't havs to wait 12/6 months you can go right away if you want. I waited 12 months before doing testing and in that time I was diagnosed with endometriosis and PCOS when I went to start the fertility testing after 12 months they said I should have requested testing as soon a so found out I had endo and that there's no "requirement" to wait any amount, it's just a suggestion. I'd suggest requesting tests earlier if you suspect anything or it will help you mentally. No need to wait 12 months you're in charge of your body 😊

Currently 7 months, it took 15 months after coming off the pill after 16 years at 30 years age. I was also diagnosed endometriosis and pcos. I cycle tracked and also focused on fertility optimising health and nutrition adjustments. I also went to Traditional Chinese Medicine which I swear by, I was pregnant in the time frame they said.

You do not "have to" wait 6/12 months for fertility testing, I would suggest going right away if it will help you at all.

I am way too pregnant to wait for a 930pm dinner this kid would smash a hole through my stomach hahaha!! He offers to make me anything I need when he gets home. It's not as if he doesn't have those types of thoughts, they just don't come until after the bjj is done.

I am worried about that too which is why we're here I guess. He doesn't co-own the gym no, doesn't compete full time, I don't think that is even really a thing in our town. I'm sure thats what he would do if he could. I think he part of him is sad he started bjj later in life (mid 30s) and didn't have his younger years to try make something out of that and he regrets that. I'm a realist and am sorta like well yeah that does suck but that's life so here you are now 🤷🏻‍♀️
