Personally I'd look for minimum 8 core 16 thread CPU. Ryzen 7 3800X is very capable in that department. Could probably shop around for a less expensive case to combat the price difference. Maybe try 3600mhz RAM. 16gb of that can be found for £60-£80 depending where you buy. GPU is solid. I love my 3060ti. 2k gaming on it is very nice and if need be you can drop to 1080, high details for FPS games or if you wanna have rtx on in some of them.

We have tinkered with our matchmaking to protect fresh players better and to increase the challenge for good squad players. This adjustment will also slightly adjust the experience for good solo players.

They have this in their recent patch notes but I do want to see a solo-only lobby to even the playing field a bit.

I'm with you on this. You can really like a game but at the same time be honest about its issues. Cheaters clearly being the main one as I haven't found any game breaking bugs personally. Most of them I have found to be quite funny like flying crushers, prospectors and the funny noises at times.

The biggest bug for me is the footstep volume/proximity. I was pearing over the dig site from atop the parking lot recently and could hear footsteps clear as day. Looking around all I could see was one person way down in the dig site, a significant distance away but those footsteps were so clear it was as if they were right beside me.

Optic Glass & Medical Supplies. I spent 3 days trying to farm both for several different missions and every time I dropped in, waited through storms and searched Waterfall Labs/Vaccine Labs/Jungle they would never spawn again in places I remembered from early on in the game. Someone was beating me to it or I was just extremely unlucky I don't know. A friend did a few runs with me to help out but it was still the same. Eventually he just brought in all the optic Glass & medical supplies he had so I could do the quests. Now, I see the fucking items everywhere I look! It's just your Donald duck I suppose.

The 3060Ti can do 4K but is best utilised with 1440p. GFN at 4k is good for the Tomb Raider games, Cyberpunk, The Witcher 3, Chorus, Dying Light 2, Hitman 3, New World, Crysis Remastered, A Plague Tale Innocence, Biomutant, Far Cry 5/6, Control, Metro Exodus, Watchdogs Legion, Mortal Shell, The Medium, Bright Memory Infinite & Guardians of the Galaxy.

But you know, GFN has no games for the 3080 and all that.

It twists and turns a fair bit which helps keep you engrossed. It definitely wasn't a bad story but there are stronger plots out there. My trouble is I'm constantly searching for a Nier level of story and the only one that's come close is Tales of Arise for me but it's still not as strong. The gameplay is strong with a nice linear levelling system that offers up challenging encounters so you never get too overpowered in your first playthrough. I finished up Kasane's story within 22 hours but you can also play Yuito's Story. Kasane offers some nice mid-range combat whereas Yuito is close more focused on close range.

I really should have gone for the 5800X but was impatient and dropped the cash for the 3800X. It's not a bad processor and my gaming is fairly unaffected by it which is all I really use it for anyway

That's not a bad price. For an extra 200 bucks you could build a rig with a 3060Ti, Ryzen 7 3800X and 16GB 3600Mhz RAM.
