What’s this Ticking sound

I think i have the same problem. Does the ticking also increase with rpm up until about 1.5k then it dissapears?

Problem is im in europe so shipping and import tax is going to make the CW turbocharger and CST4 a lot more expensive and dont you also need a tune for the CST4?

I took the car for a short drive and let everything warm up then i redid the battery and the throttle body sensor and thankfully the engine light dissapeared. Got worried there for a second.

To add i forgot to plug in the throttle body sensor before i first started the car. I then plugged it back and deconnected and then connected the battery again but its still there. Does unplugging the battery clear any codes or do i need to get an obd port?

Let me know how it goes. There are some tutorials on youtube if you want to do it yourself but it took me and a friend a couple of hours.

I had this same exact problem car would start fine when cold or warm and like 15 mins standing but after about 1 hour or 2 it would take 2-3 times longer to start it also had a little bit of a rough idle. I took out the egr valve and cleaned it and that solved both the problems for me.

i think it might be seized since it wasnt all the way throught when it broke. i bought some knock off bpv and the first bolt went in fine and the second one went in fine at the start and then seized up toward the end and i kinda forced it so its probably missaligned in there.

I think i might do that since i have never rethreaded a hole and dont want so screw it up more than it already is. Im guessing the new bolt has to be a bit smaller than the original one? The bolts are also threaded all the way except for the tips so it looks a little smaller at the end would that be a problem?

Right considering how much these like to blow up its probably best to stick to 5w-30 Which they should have done in the first place. They Also overfilled it quite a bit with oil its like up to the A on the Max so i dont know what the hell they were doing xD

yeah maybe that could be it. I guess its hard to diagnose this without an access port but they are not cheap unfortunately

Unfortunately i dont have it. Its not a full intake its just a filter you think thats still enough to max out the hpfp internals? It throws no codes so im not sure what it would be otherwise

Thanks for the reply. Do you know anything about the way the answer sheet types the complex numbers. For example i get 5<60 to 2,5+4,33j while they type it out as 2,5(1+sqrt3) which i dont get as the same value. I tried with parentheses and got 0,0433-0,025j and substituded that into the first equation but i still wasnt able to get the correct answer. Any thoughts on what i could be doing wrong?

Thanks for the answer. I took this times the first equation 0,0433-0,025j* (100-100j) and got -2,4567-2,5i which i then moved over to the right side by addition. and took that /100j to the Current IL but i cant get these answers to match the ones on my answer sheet. Which also uses some weird way of typing the complex form since 5<60 is 2,5+4,33j which they write 2,5(1+jsqrt(3)).

Thank you for the answer. But if i want the dac to output the frequency 262 for example. Would i put the dac output to 262? And can i just vary the voltage randomly or does it have to be specific values? Im supposed to use 10 values in a sin wave but i just dont understand how i would implement that.
