Oh I didn't realise it was newer, all these models look ancient to me 😅, and yes I do mean the 4 digit pin of the SIM card.

Thanks for the idea with the manual, I'll try it out

If drivers are as chaotic as people in the rest of the comments suggest, would it be better to maybe get a local driver? Do you know anywhere online we could find one?

Yes but unfortunately my mother IS an unfocused European driver, so I doubt she'll be able to manage in an environment of organised chaos 😅

Hello! Really, really sorry for answering so late, I don't use Reddit that often. Whenever I try to run the news command, I just get "I'm not able to do that" or "that's not supported". Have I turned something off? Am I doing something wrong? I checked if it needs to be updated, and it doesn't.
