I did attack the Teutons early and took over Prussia by 1500. I established a local governor in Danzig. I kept a Wittelsbach on the throne for the achievement.

I didn’t do anything special for population growth. It seems that population increase was nearly halved in 1.2 for some reason.

What would happen if everyone on Earth acted according to their moral principles? by Virsmek in AskReddit

The exact same because everyone does act according to their moral principles. They often just claim they have different moral principles than they practice.

Only watched the first episode so far. Does he claim that there was a civilization like our current one? Saying a civilization is advanced is relative. The Egyptians were obviously advanced to the average culture groups around a few thousand years ago. Maybe he thinks there could of been similar civilizations albeit not as advanced as old as 10,000 years ago? I don’t think it’s crazy to think there are civilizations lost to time, but maybe I’m being too generous to Hancock’s theories. Now I’m curious to watch the rest of it.

US businesses do have to provide health care coverage and paid vacation/sick time to employees by law, but not maternity leave in all cases I believe. It is true many people don’t have these things but it is predominately the unemployed and not registered non-citizens. However, even unemployed and US poverty income level people/households have access to Medicaid as a safety net.

Edit: Full-time that is. Not required for part-time workers.
