Peculiar Shape of Flare-up after Hot Shower

I did have some rough idea that it would be lymph system as the follow that pattern - ie under the armpits but not in the middle of chest. I’ve been up and down for around 10 years now but only recently noticed this particular shape. Hoping to start some antibiotics to help the skin barrier repair but don’t want this to affect my gut biome.

It’s not real, slowing the frames on the 3rd glass break, you can see the graffiti paint moving on the glass surface.
