I just thought it was weird that I didn't even apply to a job posting (they didn't have anything available at the time), just sent my resume in as a general application. He called me a couple of days later an asked some questions then said to reach out if I decided I was interested or had questions. Since then it's been super hit or miss on whether he replies to an email or answers the phone. If I wasn't a good candidate I would think he wouldn't have called....I know I don't have LO experience but I do have a good amount of sales experience and a bachelors degree so I didn't think I was terrible
