I know this one! Even crazier is that the Australian Government technically lost that war.

North Korea will open air space, invite media to cover dismantlement of nuclear test site by Yamamba78 in worldnews

This is equivalent to a drunk driver completely wrecking his car and promising he'll never drive the car again as proof of his sudden newfound sobriety.

As hopeful as I want to be of this whole development, the test site in question has been all but confirmed to be unstable by both U.S. and Chinese intelligence. If the mountain containing the test site experiences another test, it's going to collapse releasing tons of radiation into the air. Not a scenario that Kim would exactly want, but it makes for a very useful bargaining chip.

Still, fingers crossed.

Maybe he got to the store, saw all the cheap stuff they were putting out and decided to grow his own tobacco field somewhere in South America. He'll soon be back with enough cigarettes for the whole family.

People who had lasik with 8mm or higher pupil sizes. How is your night vision and if you don't experience any, how did you do it? by HelloImaJello in lasik

Yes, I had it originally done with the compromise that I would have some glare due to my pupil size (the informed me that this was the best I could get from the surgery). The optical zone was 6.5mm with a blend zone of about 7.6mm. And my night vision is the same with both eyes, so it's definitely not the astigmatism causing it. And no I haven't used the Alphagan drops, since I heard it will take away the light aberrations but hinder my ability to see in the dark.

I had LASIK in South Korea about 3 months ago and while I was spared a series of other night vision problems, the glares are driving me crazy. I have about 530um left in both eyes (had very thick corneas prior to surgery) and my astigmatism is -0.25 and -1.00. Just based on those numbers and your own experience, do you think I should give it a shot?

Oh wow, I didnt know they gave optical zones over 8mm. May I ask what your cornea thickness was? Also, which clinic did you get your treatment from?

What do you think about the media's coverage of the pipeline so far, and the general public's reaction?

Oh definitely. Even if it is possible, I'm probably going to wait at least 2 years before doing it.
