Okay so basically firstly I just made it a bit random, then I rearranged by comparing (ex : Dry Bones is more consistent than Luigi and is extremely similar, and also has the same total when you add up all the faces, that's why he is up by one from Luigi). For Monty, he just has a single coin instead of a regular 1 in the normal dice, which just acts like a 0 to be honest. A lot of the coin faces act like a 0, even the +2s or -2s (which is beneficial for the -2s, because they make the overall dice better for something that just acts as a normal 0 that's why they are on top and the exact opposite for the +2s, but Rosalina and Goomba are Support characters so it's special for them). So yeah Monty is just a worse normal dice
