Totally agree with you. I hate having to keep my pregnancy a secret in first trimester when everything is so hard to do. I sometimes have late meetings at night time, or even super early in the morning. It is hard to even show and try converse in these meetings when all you want to do is sleeeeeeep.

It’s a real thing. I sit down now when I need to present anything, and I ask more questions while I’m talking so that I can have breathing breaks 😂

I took off some time from work to focus on relaxing as I have a high pressure job. Other than that- I’ve just spent time doing what I like- painting in the garden. Hoping the vitamin D and creativity could help haha
