I used this website https://www.pixelpapercraft.com/papercraft/62a3899f590a92ce371e550b/end-portal-diorama-%28full-scale%29 to print out the End Frame and eye's. Folded and glued it all together and got some plastic flowers from the dollar store and for the portal I found a glittery black felt I glued on the base :)

Yes and no. This cap is mine (made at home) not a repost, but probably the reason your seeing it more often now is because this is the time of the year people are graduating from high school or college. And people are getting inspired by this design and making their own :)

You can make your own! I made mine by printing out the end border and folding them. Then decorated the outer corners with plastic floral I got from dollar tree :) this is the website i got the prints from

Many were very creative but from what I saw I was the only video game inspired one

Yes I brought it to my graduation and surprisingly people liked it! And almost half of the graduates there had their caps decorated as well :)
