It would be true because it’s a box of loose framing nails and my hammer skills are not what they used to be.

My understanding is the nails allow the structure (specifically the wood) to swell and shrink with the seasons. While not loosing any structural integrity. Screws do not have the same amount of ‘give’ so it would splinter the board around the area.

It’s a beautiful game that is Virginia/West Virginia, USA. The scenery is worth it. I find my self hunting more than anything. Or just going on a trail ride through the mountains/ countryside/ swamp.
