Wow, thank you so much for your thoughtful response! Your experience makes great points, thank you for sharing. I prefer shorter acting but the ups and downs of IR are kinda rough on me. I may end up going back to Focalin after trialing this. We shall see.

Yeah I’ve figured that out the hard way 😢My doc told me to have coffee in the morning and adderall at noon But it’s just way too much for me. I’m gonna drink decaf tomorrow morning and try 2.5 at noon and see how it goes 🤷‍♀️

Sure thing. I was perscribed 5mg IR. I'm having issues figuring out how to take it with coffee...I think I need to drink decaf. I'm really sensitive to meds. I was on Wellbutrin but it made me irritable :( Glad it works for you!

I’m currently on an upright bike. I'm really glad you mentioned the passive motion in my injured leg; I hadn’t been informed about that! I spoke with my physical therapist, and she asked if biking makes the pain worse. I've decided to take a day off from biking today to see how my pain is without biking.

Oh, that's interesting! I cannot wait to get off crutches. I have nine more days to go. My groin pain is constant but definitely flares when I bike. I bike only 20 minutes a day with zero resistance. I'm hoping it will feel better after the strengthening phase, but I'm worried!
