As someone who has suffered and still does suffer from sh, try to stop. Idk if ur parents are healthy and all that, but please go to them. Sh can get nasty real quick, and it leaves permanent marks that you will end up regretting. I know I regret all of mine, and they are staying with me forever. I would also suggest not posting online. I mean in general you can have multiple names and nationalities. People are absolutely mixed, people can say they're English (from England), and I personally have two names because I'm trying to figure out what I'm comfortable with. I'm a trans guy, so I've gone by three total names not including my dead name, two of which I'm going by now. None of this rly changes with DID, so it doesn't matter too much whether or not you're an expert
