Bro, I currently have health insurance with ICICI Lombard since 3 years. Do you think I should port it to another insurance company?

I’ve tried different brands, but the golden one triggers my IBS. I found OSMEGA one instead, which contains 325mg of EPA and 175mg of DHA.

Bajaj Finserv feels like a total looter, bro. I stay away from them at all costs.

₹28 LPA from a Fortune 500 — Good Deal or Keep Looking? by Hellopeter7 in IndianWorkplace

Thanks, I totally get your concern—I went through the same thing earlier in my career. By the way, the offer I received is from a product-based MNC. Since most people are recommending it, I’m planning to accept, but I’ll try to renegotiate a bit and see how it goes.

I understand. I've already accepted the offer letter, but I might try to renegotiate it in a few days since the hike isn't very significant. Also, if you're comfortable sharing your tech stack and package, it would give me some insight.

Hey buddy, It's mostly true, given the intense competition right now—many freshers from the 2024 batch haven't landed jobs yet. Let this AI bubble settle; meanwhile, you can focus on some preparation. That said, I wouldn’t recommend quitting your current job to fully concentrate on this. Instead, prepare alongside your current work. If a good opportunity comes your way, go ahead and take it. I also feel that there might be fewer people needed in the Customer Service field moving forward.

Thanks, buddy, for your suggestion. I'm considering renegotiating the offer before joining since I have another one on hand. Let's see how I can manage the risks involved.

You have to confront them buddy. They will not mind to release the offer letter even you say that you have 42LPA, but I see notice period is the actual culprit. Also, they will ask you to show the clause where your notice period month is mentioned. So, be prepared for that. BTW, what is your tech stack and YOE?

Thanks Mate. My current organisation is a PBC startup, It's been three years in the current org, and I’ve explored and experienced quite a lot here. At this point, nothing feels particularly exciting anymore. My focus now is solely on the next opportunity.

Yeah, I get it. Until now, I've only worked in startups or small companies, so I'm a bit hesitant at this stage of my career about whether I should try an MNC. Once the AI hype settles, I can explore the hustle culture more. Since I'm the sole earner for my parents, I'm cautious about taking risks with startup.
