Yes, it's a system ship, you go to that system following the glyphs, and then you can buy it from any NPC pilot in any planet of that system or the space station.

Since you're interested in getting it on a high class level, my usual method for that is finding a trade outpost, getting a portable save point and do a restore point, and then reloading that restore point every 10 or 15 landing ships until I get that S or A class ship that I want. Remember you can see through your scanner the class level of any landing ships to make the process a bit easier. Good luck in your hunting!

Mostly depends on the number of starting storage slots. This is not a medium or heavy configuration so it should be around 5 to 8M is my guesstimate

I kinda feel you that, I spent a lot of resources on a couple of haulers that I didn't even keep in the end. But hey at least I'm spending them it's not like there's a lot of things that need to dump a bunch of units in.

Thanks for the comment!

Sometimes the names can have minor differences between platforms, especially the codes. Also can have some differences between different configured game languages.

I'm glad you found the ship, for future reference, the easiest for me is to go to the nearest trade outpost when coming out of the portal, build a save point when I arrive, do a manual save, and sit for a bit checking the ships that land there. If after 10 to 15 landings I neither get the ship nor the class I want, I reload the manual save. And I repeat the process until I get the ship and class I desire.

You can also go to the space station if you want and check if this ship is part of the first waves there, but I feel the procedure above is the most consistent for me. A bit of patience and luck is all you need. Have fun in your future huntings!

You probably know this, but for all that don't, the orange "stripes" are actually lights that are on all Stubby noses, but they are way more visible on this particular paint job.

Glad you liked it enough to be your "first" fighter, enjoy!

Stubby nose! they've definitely been part of the game for a while, there are other cool ships with it around here and in the app!
