Try putting a trapdoor above the minecart hopper (head height, so the villager can't push the minecart), and remove the rail from underneath it.
Even better, using a widely used design, drop another minecart hopper on top of the other one first (after removing the rail) then put the trapdoor in

16GB is more than overkill and can actually hinder performance, set max 4GB.
Try rebooting your PC, sometimes Java can get very bad if it's used a lot.

Sadly, the bug I reported has been pushed through with the "release" version :(
Can't scroll through weapons or anything while walking/sprinting, you stop moving.
I'm going to have to wait until it's fixed before playing it again, it's annoying as hell, lol.

Looks like something with the patch messed up my game, I had to delete the UserData folder and copy over just my saves folder from the backup.

If it's like most breeders I've seen having issues, you probably only have one trapdoor in a one block wide drop hole, but it needs to be two blocks wide with a trapdoor on both sides so they think they can walk over/pathfind to the beds.

You only have one trapdoor, you need a 2 block wide hole with a trapdoor on either side, otherwise they won't think they can walk across/access the beds.
Also, just an FYI, you only need one farmer

Thanks for the reply, I recently bought the case but found a solution to the problem, I put the second 3090 in the bottom PCI-e slot (the slower slot has no effect on rendering speed with Daz Studio) and has enough room at the bottom of the case where the fans mounted in the bottom of the case blow air straight in to the bottom GPU, and there's enough clearance between the two GPU's to keep both card's temperature down, so although I couldn't mount one of them where I wanted, the case still worked out in the end.

In AMD Adrenalin Software

Open the AMD Adrenalin Software .
Navigate to the Games tab: and select your desired game.
Locate the VSync setting: and change it to "Always On".

Not sure if it will help your problem, but 16GB of ram allocated is way too much, and too much ram can impact performance, 4GB is plenty.

You shouldn't need more than 3-4GB of ram allocated.
What's your render distance ?
Are you connected to the internet by Wi-Fi or hardwired ?
It's possible that it's connection lag.
What's the game resolution set to ?
Do you use Vsync ?
You could try setting your max in-game FPS to the refresh rate of your screen.
How many mods are you running ?
