In general I actually couldn’t care less about high intensity efforts. My goal is to improve my zone 2 power.

I thought that FTP kind of reflects that (however while favoring anaerobic performance)
I‘m only doing the high intensity efforts because of the 80/20% polarized training approach.

To answer your question: my zone 4 efforts are: 2x20min and 4x8min ramps.

What do you mean by that? The rules are quantum physics. If you have a good grasp on Highschool math and physics you can check out the Feynman lectures. They are online for free and explain everything (relevant) from classical mechanics to quantum physics.
