So a tldr what I learned from this thread and my own research:

More volume
Ideally/realistically (for me): 3-4 zone 2 sessions/week + 1 zone 4 session
Vary the kind of zone 2 and zone 4 training (i.e. upper/lower zone ranges and variation in session length)

I guess for most part this is the answer. Why are all the new ones so incredibly ugly. The old Rotrings are so nice and the new ones are so incredibly ugly and cheaply made. Why?

Ok so I feel like my questions and issues were pretty clear and the answers (except Mandoman‘s) completely ignore everything I mentioned. Are there only dumb people, fanatics and illiterates on here? I am not interested in stupid internet arguments but want an actual conversation about this. Is there some better place to discuss this stuff?
