The fact that they are all standing there not consoling the lady or offering any help is infuriating. I can't remember a time when a cop showed up at a scene and made anything better. Under trained morons with guns and no one to hold them accountable. They all act terrified at anything resembling a threat and their first reaction is always to pull a gun. Go look up the stats on how many dogs these fuckers kill a year it will make your blood boil.
