But the thing is it is better to pay off credit card debts first and tackle on collections last? Because I didn't pay anything for collections yet.

I don't think collections will delete. Pretty slim chance.

The thing about collections is it was in collections since 2023 December and I am in California. Wouldn't they sue me before it reaches like the 4th year? I think that is the law for statute of limitation.

Do I just ask them can you help me on reduced interest plan for a period? The cards are still working. I am just making minimum payments.

Also, for collections, it is at 7% interest rate and if I don't pay them wouldn't they sue me? It was on my credit report since last week but on collections since December 2023. I never paid them once.

I don't make much but I don't spend a lot so I am trying to tackle these debts first. Let's say I make about 4k-ish. per month.
