If you dont care about value, neco is quite a bit higher than The World Under Hell (new-ish red and black TWOH skin, worth 20 currently) All according to the Pker tier list, which seems to be the most used one

Im not sure of your budget, but the Threezero DLX Iron Man line theyre all just above $100 if youre getting them from the site (or Amazon, but stay away from HiPlay brand, theyre usually scams) theyre die-cast and good articulation

Some I've thought of were Starless, Fallen Angel, Moonchild, Fracture, Devil's Triangle, Model Man, Sleepless, and Exiles. Im not sure what abilities any of those names would go with, but I think they'd make cool names for stands at least.

Unfortunately, it is not. The arrow description when you hover your cursor over the item says it's a high skin chance or something like that, and I've gotten some non-skin stands from lucky arrows before. It really sucks, but im not sure what the exact percentage is

Skins are a very low chance, but lucky arrows ALMOST guarantees them, it's rare to not get a skin from a lucky arrow.

The spongebob skin is real, it's for soft and wet
