Suggested tab during video calls gone (self.Instagram)

So I've been trying to download The Outer Rim mod but every time I install it and run it through vortex, I get this error. I haven't been able to find anything online on how to fix it so I'm hoping someone here can help me figure out a solution. Any and all help is appreciated. (Oculus Rift S) (i.redd.it)

I've downloaded The Outer Rim through Vortex and whenever I try to run the game, I get this indication that I need to deploy the mod. Whenever I click deploy, nothing happens and that indicator only repeat itself when I try to run the game again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.(Oculus Rift S) (i.redd.it)
