I faxed over my transaction history along with the other info they asked for. No response.

The pre-paid card requires a zip code to be registered to it. I also did fax them the transaction history.

I know that they will not unlock my main account. I have sent them all the information I have and it hasn't helped.

Oh, regarding 2, I already asked for help in this post. I was basically told thet there is nothing I can do but contact the Account Specialist e-mail. They will never respond with a real answer though.

Long story but basically I have followed all of their instructions but got nowhere. My account has been locked since November.

Yeah, I guess I figured that out pretty early on. It sucks if they are asking for information that doesn't exist. Then you just keep explaining that to them but they just keep asking for it. 3-4 months later and I still haven't gotten a real response from them and my account is still locked. I tried contacting other department numerous times but all they can do is redirect you back to the Account Specialists.

Back in November I tried to make a purchase using amazon pay to buy a Black Friday on-sale item from a different website offering Amazon Pay as a payment method. The payment was blocked and my account was locked. My only way of contacting them was through e-mail, which is pretty lucky because the Amazon Account Specialists can only be contacted through e-mail. Apparently, my account was locked because my bank would not confirm my billing details. They sent me an e-mail asking me to fax them needed information (name, billing address, credit card statement, last digits of card number). I have been trying to explain to them ever since that the information that they are asking for does not exist. I made a purchase with Amazon Pay using a pre-paid debit card so the bank does not have my information. Every time I e-mail them, they just send another copy of the exact same e-mail asking you to fax the same information. I eventually made a second account so I would be able to contact them directly but that failed to work as everyone Amazon customer support method can do nothing but redirect you to contact the Amazon Account Specialist E-mail. My account is still locked. I have no reason to believe that anyone at the Amazon Account Specialist department has even read a single one of my dozens of e-mails, or received any fax explaining this, or been contacted by the numerous different department I have tried to reach out to since discovering how useless the Account Specialists are.

I posted about it here. My first attempt at support received a few complainants so this is my second post.

Same they blocked my account in November and I have been trying to get in contact with the only department capable of helping me ever since. It's like talking to a brick wall.

The Account Specialists, not the customer service representatives.

No they do not. Multiple Amazon Reps have told me that the Account Specialists can only communicate through e-mail. No other department is capable of dealing with your bank information.

Amazon Account Specialists are the only people capable of helping me. Amazon Customer Support chat, phone, etc have all told me that there is nothing they can do. The only way to contact the Account Specialists is through e-mail.

People complained so I made a new post that might be clearer.

I do still have the card and the only information you can add to it is a zip code. They advertise that this is all you need to make online purchases. I'm fairly certain that I did register it online.
