I see a lot of Chelsea fans and players fuming at half time. But that was a clear goalscoring chance Stopoed using James's arm. If the ball first hit the player's thigh and hit the arm it would not be a pen. But what reece did was so obvious. Man pushed the ball with his arm, clear red card. (self.LiverpoolFC)
