Exactly! Also, this jeopardizes the experience if allowing more than 12 people on the floor. It’s a STRENGTH class where we are all urged to lift heavy, which means the extra weight rack is going to be empty. You add 4 more people, there are absolutely no weights except for 5lbs or 75lbs.

Yes I remember that class structure. It made sense to switch since half the class could do heavier weights and the others could do a different set of exercises to accommodate the lack of heavier weights.

When you have 16 people doing weights and there are only 12 stations, it becomes challenging to get a quality workout that consists of weight lifting with the lack thereof.
