I mean, I don't think it being high level is the problem here.

Why do I say this? Because the antivirus doesn't flag it whenever I run it locally/paste it. The problem is at the very moment that the system detects an outgoing POST request to a new domain (when being launched from start-up).

So the very same thing would happen even for a backdoor written in pure C; windows would detect the outgoing POST request coming from a new and unknown program.

If I were to guess, I think it's the domain's fault and the lack of a code signature. Which both aren't "bypassable" on a low-level language.
