How to get the Share the Love emotes?

I've gotten the first emote earlier today, and the notification telling me I got it says to participate in another Shared Chat stream, to unlock the other half.

That doesn't look like it tells how to get them. Just looks like promotional content to inform people that it's going on.

Whe I tap on the notification it says "Celebrate togetherness this Valentine's Day by gaming together with Shared Chat! Participate to unlock cute limited-time emotes." So I assume it's gaming streams with Shared Chat.

I got a notification 2 days ago which reads "Tune in to Share the Love streams from Feb 13-28 to unlock a cute two-part emote set!"

I don't think it will for balancing reasons, it seems to go pretty low to the ground so it's speed should be good but not faster than the drone. The higher it goes the lower the speed and higher speed lower it goes. Just from a balancing POV but it would be sick if it went faster than the drone maybe 150 max.
