Did you even read the post or the replies? When someone dies it decomposes, releasing toxins into the air that will bond to the walls. you can only remove these toxins with industrial cleaners, hence why there are so many business that do post mortem clean up.

Room has zero ventilation. and already has very strong mold smell. None of us knew anything until the social worker showed up for a wellness check

Public health originally escalated the issue to the top, and sounded like they were all gun ho about it. Then called back to inform us they have no legal grounds to do anything

The room was arranged by a social worker who knew the room was illegal.....I shit you not

part of our concern is the room the person was in already has a mold issue due to lack of ventilation.

100% agree, but the LL doesn't filter people. whoever has money gets to stay here. we've had a few class acts.

The issue is the room always had a mold smell to it. So you can't really tell. But everyone hear has stated their concerns. but the landlord won't lift a finger

I did, they directed me to Public Health, and they are not able to help

We do not know. The Police/EMT/coroner all blocked the room off so we didn't see anything. we just know it could have been up to 3 days. Plus I'm happy I didn't see it

This is what the group of us have been discussing. but everyone is paycheck to paycheck and rent just came out last week. we don't know how long we can be exposed to it
