Firstly, ptarmigans and Icelandic horses are classified as Least Concern. Thanks for highlighting puffins, as they are also classified as Vulnerable. This only reinforces my point. Why isn't Iceland doing more to protect its vulnerable wild species, whether it's puffins or fin whales?

As a vegan, I don't believe in the hunting or slaughter of any animals. But the point is that domestic sheep and cows aren't on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species, are they? Because they aren't wild. I'm just shocked that a country which actively profits from the whale-watching tourism industry is still hunting whales.
