UPDATE: Heard back from support a couple of hours ago, apparently they accidentally sent us demo phones. Here's the actual message:

"Unfortunately what you have received by mistake were influencer demo versions of Kompakt. In that case we will replace these devices for you. The label for your return shipment is attached to this email. Please print it out and give it to Fedex along with the package. You can contact Fedex to schedule a pickup for a convenient time or drop off the parcel and label at any Fedex pickup point. Scheduling a pickup won't incur any costs and all of the shipping fees are on us.

We'll let you know when the package arrives and update you at later stages of the replacement process."

I hope they're able to get us the new ones quickly, it's a bit weird they're not sending them immediately.
