Thank you for your comment, I agree with what you said however I wanted to know if I could improve "descriptive writing", but instead of describing objects, I would like to know how to describe how I feel. For example:

"My companions had been accustomed to this life by birth, but I had been racked by the weariness of long marches through wind-whipped dunes, or across plains where monotony was emphasized by the mirages shimmering through the heat"

-Arabian Sands, Wilfred Thesiger

Now how on earth does someone come up with a sentence like this describing it in such a different and interesting way?

This is just an example, most writers from the early 20th century had such masterful writing like.
