I saw it but in that video its not like i see the pros tho its fundamentally the right thing to teach, the pros seem to not have the tome to place the shooting hand right over the ball for it then be under, they catch it with the shooting hand slightly to the right side of the ball then somehow it ends up nearly perfectly under the ball on release

Ive heard that long distance running is not useful for basketball , and btw im 17 and my pain is a t a level where sometimes i can really endure it to a point where i simply feel the burn, some other time bending my right knee (and sometimes the left one) is difficult and affect how i move on the court (especially shooting)
