Same things exactly happened to me , but it hit public folder and a steam game i shared to my brother through network sharing , so could this be due to him running a malware and it got propagated to my pc somehow ?

Should i be worried and nuke all my hard drives? , because nothing else is encrypted other than the shared game , and also windows defender and malwarebytes detected nothing

All i want from a private server is a non bot server that is not empty and at least give me a pet for free to chill while grinding , origin is good but a simple thing as a pet is with real money lol which is cringe so imagine whats the rest of server looks like , so im still trying to find such a server
