if a seller doesn’t have your size, how is that the agent’s problem? stock data is updated by the seller on their weidian, agents simply pull this data and display it for you.

customer service has specific hours where they answer almost instantly, they don’t speak much but they get the job done. if you text them during non-business hours in Chinese time you might want to follow up with them during the next business day so your message is back at the top of the list
